These pictures are all pretty randomly uploaded in here.....filling in the last month and a half of our lives. Here is a lovely state park called Pedernales State Park - not far at all from where Scott works. Not too far from where we live.

We are in the middle of a very severe drought, so I'm not sure what this place would look like in a normal year.

This is my view of Lane and Mom from where Summer and I were perched on the lookout. They look tiny.

There they are again.

These are the "falls".

Kind of interesting that the water just seems to come out of the rock. I think it comes out of a cave there or something. Lane went to explore that. There was a place where we could see water bubbling up from a spring or something. Very pretty.

Although not an ideal place for toddlers.

Here is baby doll - in a hurry to get somewhere. We accidentally left this little shirt/dress at the park and drove back a long ways to rescue it. Glad we found it on the ground - I'm fond of it. (If you're wondering how we lost it, what was she wearing.....her usual, a diaper.)

Just a view of the hill country. Kinda overcast that day.

Making important phone calls.

Sitting with the Easter bunny.

She was so calm and still sitting on his lap. ("Oh my, is this a giant kitty?")

Pretty cute.

Look this way, Summer.

Ah yes, this was the day I was so proud of her for eating two pancakes. There's about one whole one right there, hiding behind her in the chair. The other one, probably on the floor.

Not sure what this photo was for.

Playing with her new pool toys.

They were a lot of fun in the living room.

This is actually a very cool toy - there's room for a big person on one side and a little person on the other side, so you can float around together.

Pool toys = not a success at the pool on the first try.
Maybe it was too cold.

Much better success our second time around at the pool.

Here's a big kitty from the homemade zoo that is not far from here.
It's an interesting place.

Trying to bite Papa's nose.

Ah, Penelope got her most serious haircut of all time. She came back very pink (and little).

These were the best pictures I could get of her. He actually shaved all the hair on her legs too. They looked grossly skinny. Our neighbor said she looks sick. (Looking better now.)

Loves this singing puppy dog.

Trying out the jumperoo again.

As far as house news goes, we have a hole in the ground now, and some forms and rebar. I believe concrete will be poured on Saturday.

Love the picture especially of her in the almost lost little dress. Thanks for the new pictures/comments. Love them.
